Role Scout

The resume an employer can actually believe.

Everyone else helps job seekers shout louder into the pile. Role Scout reads what is true in your resume, matches it honestly against real postings, and proves it to the employer, line by line.

Role Scout currently serves job seekers in Canada. More countries arrive in the next version.

Free while in launch. No credit card. Your resume is never used to train AI models.
The problem

Employers stopped believing resumes. AI made it worse.

Hundreds of applications land on every posting, many of them inflated by tools that will write anything. Employers respond by trusting nothing, and honest applicants pay the price.

The pile got taller

Application volume keeps climbing while response rates fall. Shouting louder into that pile is a race nobody wins.

AI tools invent

Most resume tools happily add skills you never claimed. That is exactly what employers have learned to screen against.

Trust is the opening

The one applicant an employer can verify stands apart from every applicant an employer must doubt. Role Scout makes you that applicant.

The demonstration

A minute and a half. The whole journey.

Watch a resume become the one an employer can actually believe, from upload to the live verification link, including the moment the system refuses to invent experience. Everything on screen is fictional sample data.

Interactive simulation

Watch what happens to a resume inside Role Scout.

Step through the exact journey your resume takes. Including the moment the system refuses to lie for you.

This is a simulation. The person, the resume, the posting, and every number below are fictional. Your real resume goes through exactly these steps.
Step 1 of 5: Upload and transcription
How it works

Five steps. Nothing invented at any of them.

1Upload

Your resume is transcribed line by line, verbatim. Nothing is changed and nothing is added.

2Attest

You review every line and confirm it is true. Everything downstream rests on your word.

3Match

Real postings in Canada are scored against your attested lines. Gaps are named plainly, never hidden.

4Tailor

A tailored resume is drafted where every line traces to attested content. Anything unsupported is refused and logged.

5Verify and share

An independent check confirms provenance. You can share a live verification link an employer can open, and see when they do.

The verified banner

What verification means, exactly.

When a tailored resume carries the verified banner, an independent check has confirmed that every line of it is supported by the lines you attested, and that nothing was invented by the system. The verification page shows an employer the provenance counts behind that claim.

Verification is a statement about provenance, not a guarantee of your career history. That part is yours, which is the point: Role Scout puts your word back at the center and then protects it. When the system cannot support a line from your attested content, it refuses to write the line, and the refusal is recorded.

Who it is for

Built for people whose story deserves to be believed.

Newcomers to Canada

Your experience is real but unfamiliar to local employers. A verified, honestly matched resume travels further than a rewritten one.

Career changers

Honest gap analysis shows you exactly what a target role asks for that your attested history does not yet cover, so you can close it instead of papering over it.

Anyone tired of the pile

If you have applied two hundred times into silence, the answer is not application two hundred and one. It is being the applicant an employer can check.

Fair questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

Will it make my resume look better than I am?

No, and that is deliberate. Role Scout reorders, selects, and phrases from what you attested. It will not add a skill, a title, or a number you did not claim. When a posting asks for something your attested resume does not contain, the gap is shown to you and nothing is written to cover it.

What does the employer actually see?

Only what you choose to share: a tailored resume, its verified status, and the provenance counts. Your attested source resume is never shown on a verification page, and sharing is off by default.

Where do the job postings come from?

From public employer job boards, refreshed automatically, with every posting linking back to its source. Postings that leave their source are retired.

What does it cost?

Role Scout is free during launch. If paid plans arrive later, they will be announced inside the app before anything changes.

Who is behind it?

Role Scout is built by PostaraTrend Technologies Inc., an Alberta company that builds governed publishing and intelligence tools. The same rule runs through everything we ship: if it is not true, it does not go out.

Be the applicant an employer can check.

Upload your resume, attest what is true, and let the truth do the arguing.
