PostaraTrend Technologies Inc. ("PostaraTrend," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information across our websites and products, including TraceScout and Autopilot Social.
PostaraTrend Technologies Inc. is an Alberta technology company with its registered office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We build and operate products for governed automation, market and opportunity intelligence, and evidence-backed career and hiring workflows.
For personal information we collect directly for our own purposes, PostaraTrend generally acts as the organization responsible for that information. When an employer, recruiting agency or other organization uses a PostaraTrend workspace to process candidate or client information under its own instructions, that organization may be the primary organization responsible for the information and PostaraTrend may act as its service provider or processor.

When you use TraceScout as a job seeker, we may process information such as:
Hiring teams and agencies may provide or create job descriptions, company and client information, candidate records, invitations, shortlists, notes, feedback, workflow status, interview information, collaboration records and verification or matching data. Workspace administrators control who in their organization can access that workspace.
If a user asks another person to confirm a specific career statement, we may process the reference person's name, contact details, relationship to the user, confirmation response, timestamps and limited information needed to identify the statement being confirmed. We do not require a reference to see the user's entire resume when the feature is designed to request confirmation of a specific statement.
For Autopilot Social or related publishing services, we may process profile information, page or channel identifiers, content, authorized publishing permissions, access tokens and engagement metrics from platforms you connect. Access is limited to permissions you authorize through the relevant platform.

Some PostaraTrend features use artificial intelligence to analyze, classify, summarize, match, generate or verify content. Depending on the feature, information you submit may be transmitted to contracted AI or infrastructure providers to perform that function. We seek to limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the requested service and apply technical and contractual safeguards appropriate to the service.
TraceScout is designed to preserve a distinction between source information supplied or attested by a user and AI-generated or transformed content. Where the product records provenance, refusals or verification results, those records form part of the relevant workspace data.

PostaraTrend is based in Canada and may use service providers in Canada, the United States and other jurisdictions. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your province, state or country and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires specific transfer safeguards, we use appropriate contractual or other recognized mechanisms.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and context.

Our products are not directed to children under 13. Where a product or organization account is used in an educational or youth context, the responsible organization must have any consent or legal authority required to provide the information to us.
We may update this Policy as our products, vendors or legal obligations change. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice of material changes.
