These Terms govern your use of websites, applications and services operated by PostaraTrend Technologies Inc., including TraceScout, Autopilot Social and related digital products and services. By using a covered service, you agree to these Terms.
PostaraTrend Technologies Inc. ("PostaraTrend," "we," "us," or "our") is an Alberta corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We build and operate products for governed automation, market and opportunity intelligence, and evidence-backed career and hiring workflows.
If you use a PostaraTrend product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
TraceScout may read and structure resumes, request attestations, compare career evidence with job requirements, generate match scores and explanations, tailor application materials, support application tracking, provide interview preparation and generate role-specific work plans.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide or attest. TraceScout is designed to avoid unsupported claims, but you must review all generated or transformed material before using or submitting it.
Job postings may change, expire, be duplicated or contain inaccurate information supplied by third parties. You should verify material details with the original source before acting.
Employers and recruiting agencies remain solely responsible for their hiring, recruiting, screening and employment decisions, including compliance with employment, human-rights, accessibility, privacy, anti-discrimination and recordkeeping laws that apply to them.
You must not use TraceScout to make unlawful discriminatory decisions, to infer sensitive traits that the service does not intentionally provide, or to avoid legally required human review.
Verification links, source provenance, attestations, refusal records and reference confirmations are intended to improve transparency. They do not constitute an independent background check, credential guarantee, professional certification or legal assurance by PostaraTrend. A reference is responsible for the accuracy of any confirmation they provide.
Autopilot Social and related services may research public signals, create or transform content, apply configured rules, record decisions or refusals and publish content to connected channels when authorized.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, your brand rules, and your legal right to publish supplied or generated material. You must review configurations appropriate to your risk level and industry.
Some features use artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially where the content may affect employment, legal, financial, medical, regulatory or public-facing decisions.
PostaraTrend may use multiple automated checks or verification steps, but those controls do not eliminate the need for human judgment.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant PostaraTrend a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transform and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service, comply with law, and carry out actions you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and to instruct us to process it.

Our products may interact with third-party job boards, career pages, payment providers, social platforms, cloud providers, AI providers or other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies or actions. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
Some services are free and others require a subscription or one-time payment. Prices, included features, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are in the currency displayed and are due when charged.
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period. Any refund rights shown at checkout, required by law, or separately agreed in writing will apply.
PostaraTrend and its licensors own the services, software, product design, trademarks, logos, documentation and other proprietary materials, excluding user content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PostaraTrend intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or create a competing service from protected elements of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you operate an employer or agency workspace, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any notices or consents required for candidate, employee, client or reference data you submit.
We may change, add or remove features, impose reasonable usage limits, suspend access for security or legal reasons, or discontinue a service. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes harm, or fails to pay amounts due.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account and data deletion are addressed in our Data Deletion Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that a service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate or suitable for every use.
Nothing in the services constitutes legal, immigration, accounting, financial, medical, employment-law or regulated professional advice. You should obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostaraTrend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill or data arising from use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, PostaraTrend's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to PostaraTrend for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100, except where applicable law requires a different result.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, an organization using the services agrees to indemnify PostaraTrend from third-party claims arising from that organization's unlawful use of the service, content it supplies, hiring or recruiting decisions, or violation of these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes will be brought before the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
We may update these Terms as our products or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date will identify the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
